killer road

After been told off from Rob on the Sunday at the cross country for not doing a long run and not do anything on the Monday I decided to go to Thirsk which can I say that was very bad of me on a week day because of the amount of traffic around dinner time. The amount of cars, 4x4 and lorry that didn't move over and just went straight passed you without a care for you. The run down to Thirsk was great but I struggled to keep the same pace on the run. I did the run in 2hrs 50 minutes then I went to the weatherspoons for my tea which was nice. I was very tired after the run does get any easy?
