Tired these days

I got up on the Sunday morning aiming to do a 15 miles run but where was I to go? that was when the problem started i couldn't make my mind up if i was go to stay around northallerton or go down the killer road to Thirsk so by the time I had made mind up it was 12.30pm before I said I was going to my mum's for my tea. I struggled on the run again set of to fast, got out of breath, then walked for a bit and running on my own is very hard all I think of is getting to my mum's and having tea on Sunday
