The long 3 miles

The week started with me been tired from Sundays race so I never did a run on Monday morning I just went to the club in the evening. We did one set of pyramids because Sonja is back taking the session so it was not as hard as one of Rob's sessions have been in previous weeks. We did 2 sets of circuits where I didn't struggle on any of the exercises this week for change we never did any pull ups this week because there was more exercises than people to do them. Rest day Tuesday. With no Ken to pick me up I still went to the club on Wednesday we did a warm as normal then we did 2 sets of circuits, where I did 10 of each exercise apart from star jumps I only managed to do 5 and was been lazy then we did the 2 mile time trial down Station Road. I was only going to have a jog down and back at good steady pace, but it turned out to be at a racing pace, I was 30 seconds slower than last months time which was a bit disappointing because I have being doing well with the PB's. I think the Brass Monkey had something to do with the slow time I just couldn’t get my legs moving and did the first mile in 9.19 and the second mile faster in 8.43 and even though Richard passed me going out I passed him on the way back down to the finish. I went out with David, the RPA group and land lady from the Durham Ox we only did 3 miles which was enough to just to loosen the legs and to get rid of this mood I have had since after the race on Sunday. It felt like we were doing a training run at race pace instead of steady pace, still feel tired from all this training I went out on Friday morning with Lorraine from the Durham Ox I started by running down from my flat to the pub then we did 2.3 miles run around Romanby at steady pace and dropped her off at the pub and ran home which was 3.8 miles. It was good to get out. I then had a rest on Saturday because I was so tired after all this running this week for a change. I then was going to go out for a long run on Sunday but with this headache I only managed 3 miles today but my legs were stiff today for some reason and couldn’t get them moving it was very cold again but that didn't stop me from putting my shorts on. My running is 11.8 miles and biking to 20 miles and the count down is at 989.8 miles hoping to do 1040 by the end of the year.

Monday - Morning: 3 mile steady Evening: Club
Tuesday - Rest or Cross Train - rest
Wednesday - Morning: 4 miles steady off road Evening : Club - 2 mile time trial
Thursday - 4 mile steady – 3 miles
Friday - 4 mile steady – 3.8 miles
Saturday - 3 mile steady - rest
Sunday - 8 miles steady – 3 miles
