The need for speed

With no running due to the (Polar bears been seen at Thirsk school only joking) it was half term so I went out after finishing at Help The Aged for a 2.6 mile around the town and back home. Rest on Tuesday. With club training from the Athletics club so we were outside doing some speed work down Station Road and Carlton Miniott so I jogged down to the Station with Sam and Lisa around Cleveland Way in twice then a recovery jog down to Station Road then I ran fast between every other lamppost down Station Road and a recovery jog in between and I saw Paul and he did the same as me which was great for me. With no David this week I went out in the morning without any breakfast and only managed 2.2 miles because I got tired and was hungry and I went to Help the Aged in morning and my mums in the afternoon with more training on Friday night I went over to Mill Hill Lane and did four reps of the hill and then ran back home the long the way around, all good training for the fell race in one weeks time. I then went out on Saturday night to do a bit of Ceilidh which was very funny and yes I did get up and dance and had a great time. I took my running stuff to Thirsk and went out for 3.3 mile run around Thirsk it was cold but the snow had stopped for while which was great but there was a layer of snow on the ground which takes my running to 14.2 miles and my walking to 10 mile the count down to 943.8 miles
