Feel tired with stiff legs

With no running on Monday due to the snow and ice I went to the club on Monday night where we did the warm up with a few games. we then did 2 sets of circuits, I struggled again on the 90s exercise. We did punch ups to the top the side and in front for 20 seconds each, did the same again but running on spot as well which seemed easy but was very hard. Rest on Tuesday. Due to unseemly circumstances I didn’t get to Scarborough to do the time trial so I went to the club instead were David took the session. We did a warm up, then we did 3,5,7,9 of each exercise that David had planned for the group. We then did 4x4 lengths of the sport hall, with a rest before starting the pyramid which was 2,4,6,8,6,4,2, I teamed up with David Goddard, I did get confused as to how many lengths I was doing in each set, David kept me in check. By the end of session my legs were very stiff but it was a nice change to do something different. With no running with David again on Thursday I went out with Lorraine where we did 4.2 miles which consisted of a warm up jog down to the pub, we ran down in to Romanby turned down Harewood Lane back on to Boroughbridge Road, down Racecourse Lane, on to Mill Hill Lane, down Colstan road and back to the pub with a cool down run home which was very hard on the legs with another run pencilled in for Friday with no Lorraine for a morning run due to her been at work so I went out after been at Help The Aged for 2.5 mile run just to loosen the legs for the first race in the club championship taking my running to 12.3 miles and walking to 10 miles and take the count down to 931.5 miles.
