The week started with me going to training on Monday night where we did 4 runs down to the farthest corner down the side and a recovery jog across the grass to the other corner then we went down to the middle set of corner and we did 6 run on each side and recovery jog I did enjoy the session but my knee was hurting me on Tuesday so I had a rest. More hard training with Rob on Wednesday night we were down at the track at Thirsk school, we did the first 2x400m laps then Rob split up the slow group in to 3 teams and I was in Marian's group where he had me on the outside lane for the last 4 laps, he made me run further. I had got into the training session and forgot I was running at the evening league on Thursday I did enjoy the training session. Evening league on Thursday and rest on Friday and I went for a 3 mile bike ride because it was too warm for a run I then did my speed session on Sunday morning on Valley Road 6x2 set which I struggled on first 2 sets because I was very stiff I did get loosened up and into my stride before it got too warm which I am still enjoyed it which takes my running to 6 miles and the count down to 830.1 miles
