The mean hill at Temple Newsam

I got to Ken's late on Thursday night so I nearly missed the evening league we ended up getting lost and going round a roundabout four times before we found our way to Temple Newsam we got there with time to spare I did a warm up. We set off downhill which was great but we got around the corner and into the woods and hit the first hill got up that hill easy enough then I took the next corner and there was more up and down hill and they were very tough then I got on to the flat where we completed the first lap and around the same tough course for the second time and then to the finish, even Tore beat me I wont let her beat me again at the next evening league it must of been Rob's tough training session on Wednesday night. My time was 60:10 which I was happy for 6 miles in the warm weather.
