The week started with going to the club on Monday where we did the warm, then we got into groups of three. Chris and I stayed on one side and Pat went to where Sonja had put a cone and we did a relay, Chris ran down to Pat, Pat ran to me and I ran back to Chris we had to do 10 sets before we could move on to doing the tyre but there was enough tyres. So we did another 2 sets of relays and then we were to do 3 sets of pulling the tyre but we only did 1 set, we ran out of time. We did a warm down with a few different exercises and then had 5 minute of relaxing time before we finished. Rest on Tuesday. Club on Wednesday, we did 1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 2, 1 lap of 400m I was in Nigels group, we did the full session, which was very tough on the legs running on grass with 2 min rest between 1 and 2 lap and 1 min rest between the other laps. We ran on the inside 2 lane my time for 400m were around 2.16, 800m was around 4.40, and the 1200m was around 7 minutes I did struggle to keep up with the group at times. I did enjoy the session and was very stiff on Thursday so I had a rest. Went out on the bike on Friday just to loosen the legs ready for the race at Kilburn on Sunday afternoon I only did 4miles which was enough just around the town centre which take my running to 11 miles and the count down to 786 miles and the biking to 4 miles this week
