Sutton bank time trial

The week started off with me going to the club on Monday night where we threw the bean bag at each other and if we dropped them we would had to do 5 press ups. We did a warm up with different exercises then we got into groups of 3, we had to run to each other and tag the person in the group so they could go and we did this until we were back where we started. When we did this the second time there was one corner on each side taken out so we would have to run a lot further i did enjoy the session and there was enough time to do some tyre but there always next Monday. Rest on Tuesday because i was that stiff from Monday night. Time trial on Wednesday night at Sutton bank from the visitors car park we ran out along the path to the wooden post and back to the finish i was in the third set, i did try and catch Ian up but he was just too fast for me, but i did catch Sarah, Pam and Marian up i then was running along and Alan came up behind so i decided to run a bit faster and i tired myself out and he came up and over took me and i just couldn’t keep up with him or over take him again i was hoping to do it in under 18 minutes i did it in 18.26 and i ran the first half in 8.58 and the second half in 9.19 the wind was very strong on the way back all good training for the evening league on Thursday i then had rest on Friday and Saturday i fixed my bike and done 5miles bike ride which take my running to 4.8 mile and the countdown to 797.1 miles

Monday - Morning: 3 mile steady Evenings: Club
Tuesday - Rest or Cross Train - rest
Wednesday - Morning: 4 miles steady off road Evening : Club
Thursday - 4 mile steady - 4.8 miles
Friday - 4 mile steady - rest
Saturday - 3 mile steady - rest
Sunday - 8 miles steady – 5 miles bike ride
