10x2min

The week started with me doing a 4 miles run around Northallerton town centre on Monday morning before the going to the club on Monday night. My avg pace of 10.11min/miles and doing some jobs at the same time. I went to the club on Monday night, did the warm up as usual, we ran back and forward across the gym and up and down the gym up to 5 times, I started to slow down on the last two sets. We did a group set of circuits where everyone did the same such as the plank and sit up we then did a cool down. I was going to have a rest on Tuesday because I had done so much exercise over the last few days until I got my allotment and ended up walking 6 miles there and back moving my stuff over to allotment. I also did some cycling as well. I went to the club on Wednesday we did warm up then two sets of circuits which include star jump, plank, sit up and press up we only did two sets of circuits for a change that was enough. We then did 10x2min with 1min rest in between each set. The first 4/5 sets were easy but then it got mentally tough after 5th set until we finished. I also went down to the allotment and did some cycling and walking. I just had a rest from running on Thursday just did some walking and cycling. I went for a slow run on Friday after been up at the allotment which my Avg pace was 10.51 min/miles and only managed 3.26 miles because I was tired I also managed a walk and a bike ride as well. I only managed a walk and bike ride on Saturday and on Sunday I did no running due to the Thirsk 10 miles and only managed a walk which was around Race course helping out at different points which takes my running walking and cycling to 63.31 and the miles so far to 613.52 miles
