The Sunday run

The week started with me having a rest from doing a run before going to the running club. I went to the running club, so we started with a warm up, then we did our normal step aerobics route with a extra one this week which was putting one leg on the step and move the other leg back and forward over the step, we then did some superset which was one leg exercise and upper body exercise in each superset such as donkey kick press up and many more other exercise. I also managed to do some walking and cycling as well. I started Tuesday with rest from running and only did a walk and a bike ride. I went to the running club on Wednesday night where we did a warm up as normal and then 2 set of circuits which include star jump, forward lunge, sit up and many more Rob’s killer exercises. We did 6x3min with 1min rest in between each set which was a killer but I still managed the same amount of length in each 3min. I also did some cycling and walking. Thursday was again started with a rest from running and I only did some walking and cycling. I went out for a run on Friday of 3.34 mile which was 1 circuits around Northallerton. I also did a walk and a bike ride as well. Saturday was the same as Thursday where I only did a bike ride and walk. I was thinking of doing the fell race on Sunday and changed my mind and decided to do a training run around Northallerton instead which was only 3miles but I did a Avg pace of 9.44min/mile over the 3miles and I was going at state pace and not even trying to running a fast pace. Which take my running walking and cycling to 50.45miles and the mile so far to 1526.19 miles
