Start of good feels rubbish by Sunday
The week started with going to the club on Monday night we did a warm
up as usual then we did a mini circuits with double step up, squats with the
medicine ball and few more exercises. Second lot of circuits in the seconds
half of the session with more double step, burps, press up and few more
exercise. We then did a cool down and we did some relaxation I fell asleep
(only joking). I went for a run on Tuesday night were I did a icy 3 half miles
on out and back course on the footpath around Northallerton I did manage to
stay up right. I went to the club on Wednesday night where Rob took the first
half of the session with the circuits and Paul took the second part of the
session which was the running. There was no Fran because she was stuffing her
face with a meal out so I had some peace tonight for a change no one moaning at
me I started on the plank with Martyn we did lots of circuits as a warm up we
did sit up, star jump and step up then Paul took the running which we did 2 min
with 1 min running faster 30 rest with a walk and then running 10% faster in
the last 30sec I seem to be doing better now I don’t do the time keeping and
running a lot faster and trying to keep up with Ian and David which I did
struggle a bit but Paul is a very good motivator and try to kill us every week
with his session but we are still here and keep going for more punishment I had
a rest on Thursday and it was wet when I finished work on Friday and had a bad
night sleep so I had a rest instead. I had rest on Saturday and only managed 3
miles just a out and back run on the footpath around Northallerton because of
me feeling rubbish and starting with a sore throat so the mileage has been
rubbish again this month. I have a race at the end of the month with is the
Jolly Holly Jog and then bring on the London Marathon in April better get
training in the new year
