Outside for the first time

The week started with me going to the club after I had finished work so I was very tired but the exercise woke me up that was my third session in 3 days so I was tired by Monday night  and had Tuesday and Wednesday running and training sessions to do Sonja welcomed us back with a tough session! We warmed up with drills then onto a 4 station cardiovascular circuit based around step-ups and shuttle runs. Then onto another 8 station circuit comprising of squats, planks, step-up-planks etc. Each circuit was done twice, each exercise for 40 secs. When it came to bunny hops, I opted for step-ups instead. I went out on Tuesday for a run around Northallerton on the footpath because I had left it too late to go out for a run around Castle Hill or off road but it did make a change, I did struggle and my legs were so stiff after my run . I had a dentist appointment in Thirsk on Wednesday before I went to the club on, so I ran down to the school as a warm up while my brother came up on the bike to drop my stuff off so I had a change of clothes, so that was the warm up then we did a 13 station circuit. 30 secs per exercise, 2 sets. We started on star jump which is not my favourite exercise to do first, on a more positive note I managed to do the plank for 30 sec on set of circuits. I then joined the outdoor group and we did 3x4min with a 2min rest I was at the back with Pat and Carol and still managed to keep up and get back to the start before we set off I always thought it was the fast group that came outside  I was wrong it a mixed group of slow and fast that go out I will be out next Wednesday it better than been in the warm sport hall running up and down and twist all the time and it all so mean I can count the 8 extra miles in the challenge and win Fran I had a rest on Thursday and Friday I went out on Saturday for 5miles run around Northallerton on the footpath and across the field and I finally caught Fran up in the mileage challenge my legs are getting used to the hill and the mud they are a bit stiff after a run but my legs must be getting stronger. I went out for my long running today so it was out to do a 6miles run first and then back home for a drink and some jelly babies and then back out for another 5 miles run so the 6 miles run I ran around Castle Hill and along the Railway track to Yafforth and back the same way and home the 5 miles run just took me on the footpath around Northallerton because it was too dark to go off road I managed to get a 11 miles run and legs were stiff until I did my burpee which were rubbish tonight because I was tired from my run. Now for my 2 challenge this year so far The London Marathon and The York Marathon which is new and it the first one this year. I am still doing my burpee challenge and I am in front of Fran with the running Challenge by 11 miles
