The last month has really been hard for me trying to train for the York
marathon, working and trying do everything else and been really tired and I
haven’t had much time to do blogging so what training I have been doing well
not much, if I can get out of training session I will until I get told off by
my coach and he said if I want his help any further I need to start following
the training plan so when I meant to do 5x10min or 7 miles run I only done a 20
min jog because I have been tired from work. My long run has been hard over the
last few weeks but I managed to do my long run. Sonja’s daughter Sune has been
taking the session on Monday night which has been very hard but I keep turning
up and doing the session so it must be working. What I am struggling with
working and training for a marathon which is really hard in the past I haven’t
worked or done should a manual job as I am now. Now that I have done some long
runs I now think I can do the marathon in under 5 hrs and I got a email today
to say I will be get my number soon for York marathon.
