Well I haven’t done much over the last four weeks since
the marathon apart from two training runs and trying to get to the club
training nights when Ken is not busy and Sarah is not working.
Sonja's Monday night sessions seem to be getting harder
every week or is it that I am putting more effort in with all her different
exercises and circuits but I do love the session and keep going back for more
punishment each week
Wednesday nights session well what can I say apart from
Greg been a slave driver he took the first part of the session now that Rob has
stepped back. Greg does the same sort of circuits but in a different format and
even though he shouts at me to do more and stop been lazy I do like his
sessions. I still go out with the outside group come rain or shine and even in
that bad weather last Wednesday. I did time Paul's indoor session on my own for
the first time been in the running club and thought I could do this one day and
then thought don’t be daft.
The training session I have done was a 20 min jog and 3
miles run on Tuesday after work must get my finger out because slow Fran
(cackleberry) is catching me up
I wonder what will be coming up next year another
Marathon or a lot 10k and half marathon don’t know yet and there will be a
challenge next year because can’t say what at the minutes
