Wetherby Evening League

The race was the same as two years ago it was out for 3 miles around some houses and back the same way and was very straight and boring. I set off too fast and was doing ok on the way out but had to stop for the toilet on the way back and started to slow down and had tie my laces up as I hadn’t checked them I was one minute slower than 2 years ago which I should have been 4 minutes faster but never mind you learn by your mistakes my time for this year was 56 minutes 34 seconds it was muddy in parts which made it very hard because I was slipping all over it was my first run since last Friday. I was been very lazy.
