With no double training on Monday morning because I had to go into the charity shop and with no training at the school on Monday night because of exams. Luckily Rob came up with a solution there was only Ken and I that met Rob at Tescos. He was going to do some speed work down Station Road, but when he heard that we had a tough cross country the day before he decided to run down Station Road and through Carlton Miniott until there were no more lampposts and we couldn’t see anymore. We started off together and soon Rob and Ken were running in front but I could still see them all the way along the course. I couldn’t believe how stiff my legs were when I was running down Station Road I only did 4.4mile where as Rob and Ken did a bit more I kept going all the way without stopping then it was a rest day on Tuesday. Yet again no double training on Wednesday because I went to Darlington to finish my Christmas shopping. I went to the club on Wednesday night we did the warm up as normal still doing my 10 star jumps on all sets, then we got into the speed session where we did 1 set of 4minutes with 2 minutes rest which went ok I am back to 6 half lengths of the sports hall where I am get stuck on at the minute I can’t seem to get up to 7 lengths. Then we did 7 minutes on with no rest until the end and the last 1 minute turned into 2 minutes of sheer pain I think that they are trying to killed us before Christmas. It was off to my mums to do some painting and I went for a 4.7 mile run but that was cancelled because my little sister wasn’t well so I stayed in Northallerton and went out with David we were going to do a 4 mile run but when we got to Scholla, David said its your choice back down Bullamoor or down to Brompton so I choose to go down Brompton and do 6 miles seeing as I had been lazy all week I kept going without stopping and I had to tell David to slow the pace down I think he forgot he was out with me and thought he was out with the fast people from RPA I was out on Friday night for while had only a few pints and lack motivation on Saturday so I dragged myself out for a run after working in the charity shop for 3.5 mile run a Romanby in the cold.
I went out on Sunday for a 9 mile run I went around Romanby and explored a few different routes and ended up at dead end and got lost but found my way back onto the right path and I left Romanby and I ran to South Parade where I did a speed session (running between the lampposts) on the way back in to the town centre where I then continued on my 9 mile run I then got to the foot bridge over on Brompton road and ran up step over the bridge and down the side and back up the step to build my calves up I then finished my run which was 8.7 mile in the just short of the 9 mile I was meant to do. Which takes running to 22.7 mile and 20 mile on the bike due to a sudden change in the rule at the club I will not be the London marathon this year

Wednesday - Morning: 35 mins 2 mins easy 4 mins fast x 5 Evening : Club
Thursday - 4 mile steady - 6 mile
Friday - Rest or 40 mins steady - rest
Saturday - 9 miles steady - 3.5 mile
Sunday - 4 mile steady - 8.7 mile
