Second week going backward

With no double training again this week because I met up with my family so I went to the club on Monday night we did a warm up as usual then we did 2 set circuits. I am not struggling on any of the exercises this week for a change, at the end of the session we stood on one leg which I still find it hard to balance. Rest day on Tuesday. Again no double training on Wednesday but I had the handicap to look forward to and I was glad to be running down to the train station as a warm up. I ran up with Alison at her pace we were to run down to the lamp post opposite Lidl and back to the train station as I left the train station Ian passed me I wasn’t that bothered because I thought I would catch him up which I did just as we passed Austin Reed to go back into train station. I got to the turn around point where Alan was right behind me, but I wasn’t going to let him get by me. Nik also pass me going back down to the train station, I just tagged on to her and tried to catch her back up and hopefully pass her again which I did just before Austin Reed. I don’t know where this energy came from because I didn't even get a PB (Personal Best) I missed out by 2 seconds. I ran the second half faster (8.22) than the first half (9.15) my end time was 17.37. On the plus side I won a box of chocolates (Yum Yum) and I have nearly eaten all them in 4 days. I went with David and the fast men from RPA. We just did a flat route around Romanby which stayed dry and it didn’t snow until I got back home. The route was only 4.7 miles not the 6 miles David said he was going to do. I did the route without stopping and Dave tried to get me to go up a hill faster, but I was tired and didn’t have much energy left in me. It can't be from over doing it because I have had a lazy week. I then had another rest day due to the snow. I went out on Sunday for a run in the snow and ice but I had my fell shoes on which gave me better grip so I wasn't slipping all over the place. I just went for a run around Romanby it was hard going on the legs in the snow, it was very cold and I decided to only do 4.4 mm and not the 9 mile long run I was supposed do. Which takes my running this week to 13.6 miles and biking 14 mile and my walking to 6 miles this week.
