I went out on Sunday for a run were I only manage 3.3miles around Northallerton because I had a bad back from doing too much digging on Saturday down at the Allotment. My avg pace was 10.46 min/miles I also did a 2.93 miles walk around Northallerton. I finished the week on 63.91 miles again I finish today on 6.23 and the miles so far to 677.43 miles
