The Sunday wet run

The week started with me being stiff from the long run on Sunday so I just went to the running club on Monday night. We did the warm as usual with high knee and strider we then paired up in 2 so this week I went into the middle group and not the fast group as I did last week. We ran down for 0.20miles at 80% effort we did this 8 time or for 16 min I ran down with Alan’s grandson Sam and I had a job keeping up with him and he was only jogging. We finished with some more circuits such as star jump and press up and we then cool down. I also did some walking and cycling as well. After recovering from Monday I felt ok on Tuesday so I went for a fast 5 miles run around Northallerton at Avg pace of 9.44min/miles which was very good I also did some walking and cycling as well. So on Wednesday I was that tired from all the exercise I had done over the last few days I had a rest and didn’t do the time trial I just did the time keeping and only managed a little walk and a bike ride I did the same on Thursday and just had a rest from running did some walking and cycling. I went out for a run on Friday night and was aiming for a 4 mile run and ended up doing 6 miles which was easy enough I felt like I been out for a run so I won’t be doing 2-3 miles any more unless we are at the club. I had a rest from running on Saturday just did some walking and cycling. I wasn’t looking forward to the Sunday run today because the weather was so bad but knowing I had only 5.21 miles to complete to hit 75 miles of pure running this month I just had to stop being a wimp and get out for a run so I was aiming for 8 miles but was wet and cold so I only did 6 miles in just over a hour at Avg pace of 10.40 which is good for me not to fast and not too slow because I want to do a good time at the evening league on Tuesday. Which take my running walking and cycling to 64.05 miles and the miles so far to 941.39 miles
