No Club Training
With Ken away I didn’t go running
on Monday night so I went for a 4 mile run instead just around Northallerton
town centre my avg pace been 11.21 which was very slow due to the warm weather.
Rest on Tuesday from running because I was running the evening league on
Thursday so just did some walking and cycling. So with no club again on
Wednesday night I decided to go for a 4 mile run again with avg pace 10.24
which was faster than Monday. With no running on Thursday because I fell over
and banged my knee so I think i was glad of the rest this week I only managed
about 60 miles this week. So I was happy that I finished the month on 88 miles
of running which is the best since I start the challenge. Which takes my
running, walking and cycling to 59.51 miles and the miles so far to 1,282
miles
28th May - 6.53 miles (run 4.1 walk 2.43) (cycling 4.60)
29th May - 2.71 miles walk (cycling 4.16)
30th May - 7.48 miles (run 4.06 walk 3.42) (cycling 4.16)
31st May - 1.96 miles walk (cycling 4.16)
