6X3 Min
Went to the club on Monday night where we did a few bean bag games as a
warm up and some strides, we then got in to the session, we did some sprints up
and down the football field which I found hard due to the fact my legs were
dead from the fast 5 miles bike ride I did earlier in the afternoon because I
was bored and the weather was nice. Rest on Tuesday from running because my
legs were dead from Monday so did some walking and cycling. Back to the club on
Wednesday we did the warm as usual and then we got in to session, we did 6X3min
I got in the session were I did most of the 3min at a consistent pace apart
from the last 2 laps where I did it a faster pace and Sharon was trying to keep
up with me which I think made me go that little bit faster and then we had a
cool down and finish. Thursday was another rest from running just did some walking and cycling as cross
training. I was going to up my miles on Friday from a 10km training running to
a 7miles training run around Northallerton at Avg pace of 10.30min/miles my
time was 1hrs 13min which is good not any faster than Kilburn 7 miles. Rest on
Saturday or should I say I lost my MOJO must have been because I was in the pub
the night before having a few drinks and watching the football for a change. I
went out Sunday afternoon were I did a 8 miles a running around Northallerton
doing one loop to around the bottom of the town and up near the train station
and the other loop toward the trading estate and finish with a loop around the
housing estate. My avg pace was 10.30min/miles. Which take the running walking
and cycling to 68.44 miles and the miles so far to 1,414 miles
