The new challenge
To jumble things up a bit, I have changed the challenge slightly for
this month and August. Fran and I have
to complete 20 training sessions for each month. Only running (walking or
cycling doesn't count) and it has to be over 3 miles. Sounds like a good idea.
I will win both challenges like any other month, what makes July any
different?? So why a new challenge you might ask well I have won every
challenge since we started and Fran has lost her mojo and we both want to carry
on with the challenge but to do something different. So my first training
session was 7 miles run around Northallerton town centre which is very
interesting my time was 1 hrs 13 min on a windy day
