4X4 minutes
The week started with me going to the club on Monday night, I was still
feeling tired from the race the day before but anyway I did give the session a
go. We are building every week on the 1 hr killer sessions of jumping jack, sit
up, plank, press up and running as well which I only managed 2miles in total. I
may give up on Monday night session not because its hard but because I am always tired and don’t try
enough and should have a rest instead. Rest on Tuesday from running and
walking. Back to the club on Wednesday night, we did 4X4 min with 2 min rest in
between each 2 min I ran on the second lot of cones that Rob had marked out for
us just so I tried that little harder rather than going on the inside cone all
the time but I was last on every 4min my legs were so stiff after the session.
I chickened out of the fell race again. So rest on Thursday just did some
cycling and went to see mum. I got roped
into fixing her fence while I was at Thirsk. I went out Friday teatime for a
run just around Northallerton I had a few hills in the training run for a
change which is why my time was very slow. Rest on Saturday from walking and
running just did some cycling and helped out at the fun day. I went for a run
on Sunday teatime after watch a bit of the Olympic I just ran around
Northallerton still couldn’t get moving for the first 2 miles because my legs
were so tired and the route I took is my normal route no hill today and still
as slow as Friday night run. I finish last month challenge by winning Fran at
the amount mile and the amount of session.
