8x2min
The week started with me having a rest on Monday night from training
because I was so stiff from running on Sunday. I did some cycling just to
loosen the legs. Rest on Tuesday again from running just did some cycling. I
went to the club on Wednesday night where we did 8x2min 1min rest I was doing
we ran 4 time one way and 4 time the opposite way around the athletics field I
got to the 6th 2min I started to have a bad stomach and felt ill at
the finish and I got back home and felt so rubbish and got up on Thursday with
a head cold so I have had a rest from running since Wednesday and just did some
cycling. So the new challenge has gone down the pan but on the up side I am
glad of the rest this week apart from been so bored
