The dead legs after the long running
The week started with me going to the club on Monday night, I wasn’t going
to do much other than jog, so I could join in with the session and the warm up
as usual then we got into the session, we did running to the first cone back we
did this four times each time pick someone and running at the pace but as the
night went on I started to slow down so I was glad when Sonja said we were
finished. I thought I wouldn’t be able to walk on Tuesday but I was ok until I
walked into town and back with my shopping and my legs felt stiff. I was ok on
the bike. So it was back to the club on Wednesday night, did a warm up and then
some circuits I was no good at sideways plank. We then did the second part of
the session we did 12min of running in 2 set off 6min which took me about 2 min
to get around the course Rob had marked out for us so that was 3 laps on each
set of 6min at pace of 9min/miles so if was a rest on Thursday because I was
busy other thing so I went for a run on Friday night I only managed 3 miles
around the town because my legs were so dead
