Bonfire night
The week started with me going to the bonfire in Northallerton after
work and meet up with some friends for a change and having a rest from running
because Ken was at the bonfire as well.
I was busy on Tuesday so no running again I had a day off Wednesday so I
went to the club, where we did a warm up as usual with 2 sets of 12 station
circuits, 30 secs each exercise such as the plank, press up and sit ups just a
few exercises. Then we did 5X3min with 30 seconds rest in between each set of 3
min. I had a rest on Thursday from running and just did some cycling. I went
out on Friday after work for a 3 mile run I just went up and around Romanby and
home felt energised and relaxed for a change I should do this more often. I had
a rest on Saturday and felt rubbish on Sunday so I didn’t go for a run. So I
have had a bad week this week. Next week can only get better and hopefully get
back on track with the challenge. I am so looking forward to the twist which
will come out very shortly.
