As there has been no long runs for a few weeks and it getting close to
the Marathon I am getting worried so I will be sending my coach an email to see
where we go if I drop out or keep on with the marathon training
Monday Harriers
I went down to the club at Thirsk where we meet at the school, we did a
warm as usual with some aerobics and some strides whilst running around the gym
we then did some superset with each set of 3 doing it for 30 sec before changing
to next exercise without having a rest we did 3 set of superset
Tuesday Rest
I am not following the marathon training plan at the minute and I was
tired from work and had to make chocolate cake for red nose day
Wednesday Club
I went to the club on Wednesday, Jack took the warm up with different
exercises such as back kick and side skips then we did our normal circuits with
sit up, star jump and stand on one leg with eye shut. I then went outside, we
did 1, 2, 3, min we did 3 set all I can say I put effort in even though I felt
sick from eating too much cake at work
Thursday Rest
I had another rest today because when I was following the marathon
training plan it said I had to rest so that is what I did
Friday Tired run
I went out for a little run just to pick my computer from my friend who
had fixed the keyboard I then went and had fish and chips
Saturday 15km on Exercise Bike
No running again today but I did go to Asda where they were doing a
charity event for my friend who died in January for the ITU at the Friarage
Hospital in Northallerton so I went on the exercise bike and did 15km to help
to cycle to London
Sunday No Long Run
I went for a run in the morning still not feeling 100% from this damn
cold I only managed 3 miles running which was very disappointing for me I was
wanting to do a long run. I did however go to Asda and go back on the bike and
did another 24km and so I did feel happy that I did a bit more they did raise
£500 over the two days and there is still money coming in
