I started off the week by been goosed from the marathon I couldn’t walk
or bend down for 3 days I ended up working on Monday afternoon. I went to the
club on Wednesday night where I just helped with the time trial as I couldn’t
do much and my legs still felt heavy from the marathon I was on my bike all
week just to trying to loosen the legs and it did work and the fact that I feel
better for not running I just feel tired now. I have done a silly thing and put
in for the marathon next year.
