The 2 and a half hour workout on Monday night

The week started with another rest because of this ankle injury, so I decided to get the laptop out and watch the rubbish TV on Monday and try and finish off the marshalling list. Well I spent another 2 and a half hours trying to sort out where I was putting people around the course the keyboard had a good workout, me on the other hand hit a brick wall and gave up for the night. I found out via Facebook and Ken that I missed a good session on Monday I said this damn ankle hurry up and get better I am so missing running at the minute and there is rubbish on TV. There was no running for the rest of the week. I did go on Wednesday only because there was a committee meeting. I did try 20 min on the walking machine on Tuesday night foot was ok a bit of pain in the morning but I think that was more to walking on my paper round. No more running all week as I have a race on Sunday morning and I am happy that I got the marshal list complete on Thursday night.
